Hi Hotels Imperial Resort - Sunny Beach

Spacious rooms with daily cleaning and a fantastic view. The variety of food, including options for picky eaters, always delighted us. During peak busy times, finding clean tables in the dining area proved challenging, and the snack bar options could be limited. The proximity to the beach is a highlight, but be prepared for a short walk along a path to get there.

The units were good value for money with climate control.

The place had a family atmosphere

There were significant issues with noise from the entertainment areas, often making it hard to relax in the rooms. The dining experience felt overcrowded, leading to frustration when trying to find a seat. Additional costs for beach services, like loungers and umbrellas, were confusing given the all-inclusive setup, and the inconsistent maintenance of the pool facilities left much to be desired.

Unexpected family fun at the pool

The pool area kept our kids smiling for hours.

One evening, we were surprised to find the bustling noise from a nearby party affecting our relaxation. We experienced delays at meal times due to the busy dining area.

The location in a quiet area was marvellous and quiet and there were a market and shops nearby. Everything was nice and within 25 minutes' drive of Burgas airport. Enjoyed our rooms with clean towels and bedding.

Great family vibe!

The pools were super nice and kept the kids entertained. Food at the snack bar was tasty and hit the spot between meals. Just wish there were more sunbeds available-sometimes it felt crowded around the pool area with folks reserving early. But overall, it was a fab place for a family vacay!

Kids loved the playground and splash zone. Very friendly entertainment staff kept everyone engaged. Food lacked variety and was often cold. Room had a nice view, but the dining area was crowded at meal times.

Recommend it for couples seeking relaxation

The staff was helpful, particularly Dessi at the reception, who greeted us with a warm smile and took her time to explain all the amenities.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but the overall experience made it worth it.

The hotel is super close to the beach and has great food options, u can find something to eat no matter what ur taste is. The staff are all really friendly and helpful, especially the manager who made sure we felt at home. The pools are nice and the animation team always had something fun going on. My room was very comfy with a big balcony and a side view of the sea. It was great having fresh towels every day and the cleaning was top notch.

Great for Families

The pools were fantastic and my kids loved the activities available, spending hours playing there.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but given the quality, I think it was reasonable.
